Domestic Shipping Information
Most orders will process within 3-5 business days in our Chicago HQ from the day the order was placed. Once shipped, most orders arrive between 2-10 business days depending on your location. Take advantage of FREE SHIPPING on orders over $49.99usd (after any applied discounts, before taxes) within the contiguous United States. All other domestic orders will ship our domestic flat rate cost of $7 USD.
*Business days do NOT include the weekend as our operations run M-F.
🎁 Holiday Shipping Information🎁
Please note that orders will not ship between December 23rd and January 2nd, and again from January 7th through January 9th due to holiday closures and inventory counts. We will resume full operations on Monday January 12th.
Shipping Speeds
Shipping speeds displayed at check out will not speed up your processing time, so please plan ahead. The speeds listed at checkout only reflect shipping time once the order has been packed and handed over to the carrier. ***Please note: UPS shipping does not qualify for our free shipping incentive.*** Please make sure your address is correct as we cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses entered. Your order cannot be changed once it has been placed, so please double and triple check all your details prior to submissions.
During the holidays, please allow additional time for fulfillment as this is the busiest time of the year.
The UPS shipping option is standard ground, and not expedited.
Please note: once a package is picked up from our Chicago, IL HQ, the tracking information and delivery responsibility is outside of our control. Once shipped, the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc) is responsible for delivery. Incorrect addresses inputted may cause fulfillment delays, so please make sure to double check your address prior to submitting your order.
International Orders
International customers: Please note, our free shipping incentive only applies to customers within the Contiguous United States. New territories have been added! The customer will be responsible for the payment of any VAT and other duties connected to your orders. Please plan ahead.
Pickup Orders
Want to pick your order up in person? Please visit one of our retail partners! We have several stocked shops in the city of Chicago, as well as other shops across the country. Please call ahead if you're looking for something specific. Shop Local --->
Referral Orders
We now have referral orders! Love our stuff? You give $10, they get $10. Send your friends a $10 discount off their first purchase of $35+ and in return, you'll get $10 off as well! Once they make a purchase, your store credit will become available to you via email. Easy peasy. Please note that this incentive is not for self referrals. Self referrals will be denied, and your order may be cancelled if found to be an abuse of this program.
Returns + Exchanges
If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your Soap Distillery products, we would love to help you out! Please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] within seven (7) days of receiving your item, and we’ll take it from there. Proof of purchase from our online store will be required.
If your order arrived damaged or if you have other issues, please send us an email at [email protected] within seven (7) days of delivery, including photos with a detailed description and we'll get it sorted out for you. Proof of purchase from our online store will be required.
NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees for any products that we have accepted for returns. There may also be a 25% processing fee assessed for accepted returns to cover unrecoverable costs (these help partially cover our costs to manufacture, pack, and ship orders to you) . We do not issue refunds for any orders that have been marked by the shipping carriers as delivered. Discontinued items, limited edition, special release, gift cards, or items not produced by Soap Distillery are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
